PRODUCT VISION
E-chaves’ goal was to be a Super App revolving around all thing property-wise. From property management for home owners, landlords and condominum; to real estate, home services provider and smart houses.
my role
As a UX/UI Designer,
I designed three interconnected modules,
web and mobile, and a Design System from zero
Property Management Module
Focused on individual residents managing their own homes, including a digital document vault, AI-assisted document analysis and insights, and a service request flow where users report household issues (e.g. leaks, renovations, electrical problems) and receive proposals from registered professionals.

Condominium Management Module
Enabling communication between condominiums and residents, with management handled by E-Chave. This module supports administrative workflows such as budget calculations, condominium fee management, message delivery, and official notices.
